The preparation and submission of regular reports (annually, biennially, or other) is a requirement when dealing with hazardous chemicals or substances. Determining a facility’s specific reporting requirements and completing the necessary reports can be challenging and time consuming. Annual/Biennial Generator Reports – Report detailing the quantities and categories of hazardous waste generated by a facility

Annual SARA 312/Tier II Reports – Hazardous Chemical Inventory Report required by The Emergency Planning and Community Right To Know Act (EPCRA)

Annual SARA 313/Form R Reports – Toxic Release Inventory (TR) Report required by EPCRA Section 313 by EPA to annually collect data on releases of certain chemicals
