Plans

There are a number of different plans and procedures the regulatory agencies (DOT, OSHA, and EPA) may require your facility to develop, implement and maintain. Sometimes just determining if a plan is required can be confusing. TMGI's consultants can assess your operations to determine what may need to be prepared, and then assist you in its development and implementation. We can even provide on-going support for your company to ensure that any necessary changes or modifications are made to keep your documents up-to-date.

Frequently requested plans TMGI is ready to assist you with include:

Written Security Plan - HM-232 (49 CFR 172.800) requires shippers and carriers to develop and implement a written security plan for those who ship/transport certain hazardous materials that meet the federal hazmat registration requirements (49 CFR 107.601) or are select substances under 42 CFR, Part 173 (more information)
